Present Continuous Tense kab use hota hai

1. Abhi, is waqt chal raha kaam batane ke liye

Example: I am reading a book. (Main abhi kitab padh raha hoon.)

2. Near Future (jo pehle se plan ho chuka hai) batane ke liye

Example: I am going to Delhi tomorrow. (Main kal Delhi ja raha hoon.)

3. Kisi temporary/badalti hui situation ke liye

Example: He is living in Mumbai these days. (Woh aajkal Mumbai mein reh raha hai.)

4. Baar-baar hone wali (aksar pareshan karne wali) aadat, "always" ke saath

Example: She is always complaining. (Woh hamesha shikayat karti rehti hai.)

Structure (Sentence banane ka tarika)

Affirmative (Positive) Sentence

Subject + is/am/are + Verb+ing + Object

I ke saath "am" lagta hai. He, She, It ke saath "is" lagta hai. We, You, They ke saath "are" lagta hai.

Negative Sentence

Subject + is/am/are + not + Verb+ing + Object

Interrogative (Question) Sentence

Common Mistakes

Galat: I am play cricket.
Sahi: I am playing cricket. (Verb ke saath "ing" lagana zaroori hai)

Galat: She are playing.
