Shubhi: Brother, what are you busy doing?
Hindi Anuvad: Shubhi: Bhaiya, aap kya karne mein vyast hain?

Ritesh: Tomorrow, it is 15th August, our Independence Day, and I am making a National Flag.
Hindi Anuvad: Ritesh: Kal 15 August hai, hamara swatantrata diwas, aur main rashtriya dhwaj bana raha hoon.

Shubhi: Should I help you in making it?

Ritesh: Please come. We will make it together. Do you know what do the three colours in the flag stand for?
Hindi Anuvad: Ritesh: Aao. Hum ise saath milkar banayenge. Kya tum jaanti ho jhande ke teen rang kis ke pratik hain?

Shubhi: I don't know brother. Can you tell me?
Hindi Anuvad: Shubhi: Mujhe nahi pata bhaiya. Kya aap mujhe bata sakte hain?

Ritesh: Saffron stands for sacrifice, white for peace and green for prosperity.

Shubhi: There is a blue wheel in the white stripe. What does it stand for?

Ritesh: It is the Ashok Chakra in the centre of the white stripe having 24 spokes. This represents the 24 precious hours of the day.
Hindi Anuvad: Ritesh: Yah safed patti ke beech mein bana Ashok Chakra hai, jismein 24 teeliyan hain. Yah din ke 24 bahumulya ghanton ka pratinidhitva karta hai.

Ritesh: We are going to have a parade in the school. The National Flag will be hoisted and we will sing the National Anthem.

On this day we salute the heroic deeds of our freedom fighters.
