The Magic Show - Hindi Translation

Karishma is a cute little village girl.
Hindi Anuvad: Karishma ek pyari si chhoti gaon ki ladki hai.

She lives with her grandparents in a small village named Dholakpur.
Hindi Anuvad: Vah Dholakpur naam ke ek chhote gaon mein apne dada-dadi ke saath rahti hai.

She loves her granny very much.
Hindi Anuvad: Vah apni dadi se bahut pyar karti hai.

Once, her loving granny takes her to the nearby city, Ghazipur, to watch a magic show.
Hindi Anuvad: Ek baar uski pyari dadi use jadu ka show dekhne ke liye paas ke shahar Ghazipur le jaati hain.

They enter the hall.
Hindi Anuvad: Ve hall mein pravesh karte hain.

Karishma: Wow, how colourful the hall is!
Hindi Anuvad: Karishma: Wah, hall kitna rang-biranga hai!

Granny: Yes, the hall is very big and decorated with bright colours.
Hindi Anuvad: Dadi: Haan, hall bahut bada hai aur chamkile rangon se sajaya gaya hai.

Karishma: I'm excited to see the magic.
Hindi Anuvad: Karishma: Main jadu dekhne ke liye bahut utsahit hoon.

Granny: Me too.
Hindi Anuvad: Dadi: Main bhi.

Karishma: They have switched off the lights. I cannot see. It's dark all around.
Hindi Anuvad: Karishma: Unhone lights band kar di hain. Mujhe dikhai nahi de raha hai. Charon or andhera hai.

Granny: Be quiet and look at the stage. There's a dim light.
Hindi Anuvad: Dadi: Shant raho aur manch ki or dekho. Vahan halki roshni hai.

The show begins with Ganesh Vandana.
Hindi Anuvad: Show Ganesh Vandana ke saath shuru hota hai.

Karishma: Granny look, how beautifully they are dressed up!
Hindi Anuvad: Karishma: Dadi, dekho, unhone kitni sundar poshak pehni hai!

Who is that fat man in the middle?
Hindi Anuvad: Beech mein vah mota aadmi kaun hai?

That man who is wearing a blue dress and has a magic stick in his hand.
Hindi Anuvad: Vah aadmi jo neele rang ki poshak pehne hue hai aur jiske haath mein jadu ki chhadi hai.

He is a magician. He does magic tricks.
Hindi Anuvad: Vah ek jadugar hai. Vah jadu ki kalaen dikhata hai.

The magician shows an empty magic box to the audience and spells something.
Hindi Anuvad: Jadugar darshakon ko ek khali jadu ki peti dikhata hai aur kuchh mantra bolta hai.

Red, pink, green, yellow, orange coloured satin ribbons and petals start coming out of it.
Hindi Anuvad: Usmein se lal, gulabi, hare, peele aur narangi rang ki satin ribbons aur phoolon ki pankhudiyan nikalne lagti hain.

The magician calls Karishma to the stage and takes a ten rupee coin from her.
Hindi Anuvad: Jadugar Karishma ko manch par bulata hai aur usse das rupaye ka sikka leta hai.

He closes his hand and chants something. The coin disappears.
Hindi Anuvad: Vah apna haath band karta hai aur kuchh mantra bolta hai. Sikka gayab ho jata hai.

Check it in your pocket. To her surprise, she finds the coin in her pocket.
Hindi Anuvad: Apni jeb mein dekho. Use bahut ashcharya hota hai jab use sikka apni jeb mein milta hai.

Everybody claps. One after the other, the magician showed many tricks.
Hindi Anuvad: Sabhi log taliyan bajate hain. Jadugar ne ek ke baad ek kai jadu ki kalaen dikhai.

The people were spellbound.
Hindi Anuvad: Log mantramugdh ho gaye.

Granny: Yes, that is why he is a magician.
Hindi Anuvad: Dadi: Haan, isiliye vah ek jadugar hai.
