His ship sank but Gulliver swam to the nearby island. It was called Lilliput.
Hindi Anuvad: Uska jahaz doob gaya, lekin Gulliver tairkar paas ke ek dweep par pahunch gaya. Us dweep ka naam Lilliput tha.

When he reached there he was very tired. He soon fell asleep.
Hindi Anuvad: Jab vah wahan pahucha to vah bahut thaka hua tha. Vah jald hi so gaya.

While he was sleeping, hundreds of very tiny people came there, and tied him with ropes.
Hindi Anuvad: Jab vah so raha tha, tab saikadon bahut chhote log wahan aaye aur unhone use rassiyon se baandh diya.

When he woke up he was surprised to see such tiny people. He soon became friendly with them.

For lunch he ate a thousand loaves of bread, a hundred cauliflowers and a hundred sheep.
Hindi Anuvad: Dopahar ke bhojan mein usne ek hazaar roti ki loiyan, sau phoolgobhi aur sau bheden khayin.

The tiny people took him to their king and queen.
Hindi Anuvad: Chhote log use apne raja aur rani ke paas le gaye.

The king's hand was so tiny that Gulliver had to use only one finger to shake hands.
Hindi Anuvad: Raja ka haath itna chhota tha ki haath milane ke liye Gulliver ko keval ek ungli ka istemal karna pada.

Everything was so small that he was like a giant among the tiny people of Lilliput.
Hindi Anuvad: Har cheez itni chhoti thi ki Lilliput ke chhote logon ke beech vah ek vishalkay vyakti jaisa tha.

These tiny people were very kind and helpful.
Hindi Anuvad: Ye chhote log bahut dayalu aur madadgaar the.

They made a boat for him.
Hindi Anuvad: Unhone uske liye ek naav banayi.

It was time for Gulliver to leave for home. He was sad to leave his friends.
Hindi Anuvad: Gulliver ke ghar wapas jaane ka samay aa gaya. Apne doston ko chhodkar jaane par vah udaas tha.

He got into the boat and sailed off as the tiny people waved him 'Good Bye'!
